Country Schoolhouse - Weekly Photo Challenge: Regret
My mother received her education in this country schoolhouse. After my siblings and I were born it became the place where my whole family would meet for our annual reunion. I took this picture in 2006, a few years after we had stopped using it, and a couple of years later it was torn down. I regret not having the information beforehand that it was being demolished. I would have loved to preserved its rich history.
